Each year we excitedly anticipate a warm and fuzzy Christmas party with this cute family, the Knoxes. We are so grateful for their friendship, so grateful they put up with us! We sorely missed my mom at the party this year. She wouldn't have missed it for anything. I was reminded of a year ago at this time, when my mom first had symptoms but had yet to be diagnosed. Lots of things change in a year's time.

4. And lots and lots of kids, including and introducing baby Troy..
