I debated long and hard about whether to post these pictures or not. I do apologize if you have now fallen off your chair and are in near seizure-like convulsions from being grossed out, but let's face it----Motherhood is full of well.....a picture is worth a thousand words (or Kleenexes). Viewer be warned for the next one:

Can I just say how much we love our little neighbor Josh? We love his whole family, for that matter!
